Amazing hospitality, view and decor. Food was great. It would add to the entire experience if we had the private balcony like earlier. Room service and housekeeping services were extraordinarily good. The entire experience has been fulfilling and we look forward to coming back.

Nice place to stay|Suggestion hotel need to make Ambien temperature |. Quality of food is very nice. Staf behaviour fantastic. Booking was very easy and we'll located place|Kanchanjang view was excellent|I stayed room no 303 .|Over Al i like this place

Lovely hotel with view of Kanchanjungha from rooms and balcony. Excellent service in all departments of the hotel, starting from the front office to house keeping. Breakfast spread is nice and sumptuous. You'll love it. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Washroom could be better, though functional. Location is very nice, but not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities. You have to walk 100 meters steep and then climb stairs.

We stayed at Sinclairs Darjeeling from 13th to 16th January. The rooms were cleaned on arrival. Room heaterbwith all other amenities were provided. The complimentary breakfast was fresh n tasty. Tge staffs are helpful n friendly| Overall a lovely stay for couples n family.

We stayed at Sinclairs Darjeeling from December 14-16, 2023. The hotel is situated at an excellent location, and on clear mornings guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga without having to travel to Tiger Hill. The staff is very prompt, cooperative and courteous. But the rooms have become shabby. The curtains had torn off at both ends, the lights were dim and there was a problem with hot water in the bathroom. Also, there was no elevator so we had to climb lots of stairs. We were told that rooms on the first floor did not have hot water at all. The hotel has the potential of becoming a lot better with a little more maintenance.
